Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Shipping Fee: 24 SAR (excluding tax) for orders valued under 399 SAR.
Free Shipping: For orders valued at 399 SAR or more within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Shipping Method: Via DHL or OTO shipping services.
Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 days.
Delivery Time: 2 to 5 days after the order is handed over to the shipping company.
International Shipping
Shipping Fee: 70 SAR (excluding tax).
Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 days.
Delivery Time: 4 to 7 days after the order is handed over to the shipping company.
The free shipping offer applies only to orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and does not include international shipping.
Calculation of Fees and Delivery Times
Shipping fees and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout; shipping is free for local orders that meet the minimum value mentioned above.
Order processing time is separate from delivery time and is added to it when estimating the arrival date. The stated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, peak order seasons, or transport and customs clearance conditions for international shipments.
Delivery Address and Order Tracking
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with a reachable mobile number, to avoid delivery delays. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number via the contact method registered with the order.
